Inscription and payment

The inscription to one of our voyages implies the adhesion, without any reserve under our general and particular conditions of sale. Any inscription is effective only accompanied with a payment of 30% of the account of the total amount of the services; the reception of this account implies the reservation only in the measurement of the places available. The balance must be settled imperatively before the beginning of your stay.

Cancellation on behalf of the customer

If the customer wishes to cancel his voyage:

• More than 30 days before the departure, the amount paid as account will be entirely refunded to you except reserve of expenses of file of 20 $.
• From 30 to 20 days before the departure, 50% of the account will be retained (except expenses of file of 20 $).
• Less than 20 days before the departure, 100% of the account will be retained.

Cancellation on behalf of Peru Nativo

At 21 days before the date of departure, Peru Nativo reserves the right to cancel a departure if the number of participants is insufficient. In this case, Peru Nativo can propose that you maintain the voyage with the help of an additional charge (a proposal which does not deteriorate your possibility to decline at the beginning and to be thus refunded completely versed account). If you do not have insurance for the cancellation of your international flight, Peru Nativo will not be held responsible for this and will not refund the value of your ticket.

Litigation

In the event of dissension, an arrangement by amicable agreement will be proposed. If this does not lead to an agreement, Peru Nativo, as a company founded under Peruvian law, is subjected to the Peruvian laws. The Peruvian courts will be the only competent authorities in the event of lawsuit.

Case of absolute necessity

Until the last minute, a cancellation can happen for a case of absolute necessity independent of our wishes or control (strikes, disturbance political and/or social, problems of safety, disturbance of the air traffic,…). In this case, Peru Nativo reserves the right to cancel a voyage or to constantly modify its contents, before or during unfolding, to ensure the safety of its passengers. In case of cancellation, the totality of the versed sums will be refunded but no other compensatory allowance will be granted.

Air transport

If your voyage is modified because of disturbances of the air traffic (delays, strikes, disturbances etc., and in the event of modifications of plane schedules, to the way and/or the return, Peru Nativo could not be held for person in charge. The generated additional expenses will be the responsibility of each participant.

Luggage

The luggage is under the responsibility of the customers during the entire voyage. During the air transfers, your luggage is under the responsibility of the airline company. Any litigation during these transfers must be treated directly between customer and the airline company

Formalities

Each participant is held to comply with the payments of local formalities of police force, customs and healthy rules, constantly during the voyage. Each participant must also take the responsibility to obtain all the essential documents requested by the authorities of the country.
In any case, Peru Nativo no substitute for individual responsibility of the customer who must fulfill all the formalities before departure (passport, visa, vaccination, ...)and during the voyage. 
The non respect of these regulation and formalities, or the inability of a customer to submit the documents rules the day of departure any delay, implies only the responsibility of the participant who will have to assume the expenses at his own charge.
Any voyage stopped or reduced by a participant for a problem of formality will not give right to any refunding or allowance.

Insurance

Peru Nativo highly advises you to subscribe to an insurance assistance and repatriation. You can pay your international flight with a Visa card; such payment generally includes an insurance repatriation. Ask your banker for confirmation and details. 
In the event that you do not subscribe for insurance, you must advise Peru Nativo as soon as possible and you will have to sign a discharge of responsibility to Peru Nativo. The refusal to the subscription of this insurance will not be the responsibility of Peru Nativo. 
Do not forget to carry with you the copy of your contract as you are responsible notice of the claims.

Risks

Each participant must be conscious that he can run risks of any kind due to the local conditions (distance to a medical center, lack of communication facilities , bad conditions of certain infrastructures…), like with the practiced activities.
The customer assumes the risks in a perfect knowledge and commits himself to not to hold responsible Peru Nativo, his guides and/or the various intervenants.
If the circumstances impose it, in particular to guarantee the safety of the whole group and for climatic reasons or unforeseen events, Peru Nativo reserves the direct right, or by intermediary of the guides, to modify the transportation vehicule, lodgings, the routes as well as the dates and the starting schedules, without the participants being able to claim any allowance.
Each participant must be subject to the rules prudence and take the advice given by the guides.
Peru Nativo reserves the right to constantly expel one or more people whose behavior can be regarded as endangering the safety of the group or the well being of the participants. No allowance will be due.

Tariffs

Our tariffs are likely minor modifications due to the monetary fluctuations, the air transport charges or the various entrances. In this case, a new estimation will be proposed, and you will be given the possibility to accept or decline the new tariff.
